THE ROLE
Rydoo is adding an FP&A Manager to our team! You will be taking over from an Interim FP&A Manager and be part of the Rydoo Finance Team. You will work closely with other departments in developing and managing financial plans to ensure achievement of Rydoo’s financial objectives. This position is reporting to the CFO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Animate & prepare the annual financial planning and budgeting process and subsequent monthly / quarterly forecasts. Partner with business leaders to develop & prepare financial and capacity plans
- Monitor ongoing performance and perform periodic variance analysis of budgeted, forecasted and actual financial performance. Clearly interpret and document variance drivers
- Collaborate with the accounting team to produce the month-end and quarter-end close reporting and analysis
- Support department leaders in daily operations and periodic financial and operational performance reviews; developing analysis around drivers, trends, opportunities, and share insights and recommendations through data
- Prepare management reports and board of director packages with p&l and cash-flow performance and various SaaS KPI analysis
- Support collaborative projects such as ERP change and enhanced company metrics dashboard
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and drive continual process improvements to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities.
- Prepare weekly cash-flow projections
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance with emphasis on planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and modelling
- Must have experience supporting B2B subscription/SaaS business and good understanding of SaaS business metrics and models.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and NetSuite preferred
- Excellent problem solving, strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to handle large data, and to translate it into the story of the business
- Strong project management
- Proven track record of process and systems improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and excellent communication and collaborative skills to effectively partner at all levels
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proficient in financial modelling
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement
