All essential data — such as departments, office locations, and roles — is managed entirely by HR in HiBob and automatically synced with Rydoo.

  • NetSuite (ERP)

    The NetSuite integration eliminates the need for custom development or manual data manipulation. Now, expense data flows directly into NetSuite, reducing errors, saving time, and improving financial reporting accuracy. 

This is already starting to show impact. The team expects to accelerate month-end closing, which will provide leadership with faster access to financial insights and support growth.

We were already seeing big results, but with NetSuite, we’re pushing even further. We expect we could reach 75% or even 100% in time savings.
